Are you a regular walker and new to endurance events? Perhaps a seasoned trekker looking for testing adventures? Or even a marathon runner wanting to 'up' your distance?
Whether it's along magnificent coastal scenery, or in stunning open countryside, there is an Ultra Challenge for you.
Walk, Jog or Run at YOUR pace on the Ultra Challenge Series event of your choice. Push yourself further on the 100km Full Challenge or start off with Half (50km) & Quarter (25km) options and raise money for Dig Deep along the way.


4th - 5th May 2024
A fantastic active weekend challenge for all!
An unforgettable challenge which 2,000 or so adventurers will take on over the bank holiday weekend. From our Chale basecamp in the south, it’s clockwise to Cowes, and on through with the historic resorts in the south for the 106 km ‘full Island’ challenge.


18th-19th May 2024
A spectacular route along World Heritage Coastline
This is one of the best Ultra Challenges – a tough one – but the most popular, as there are distance options to suit all! From the Corfe Castle start, the main route heads down to Swanage, and along to Weymouth at half way for the 100 km full challenge, with lots of ups & downs – and then on to a welcome finish line celebration in the vibrant Dorset town of Bridport.

25th - 26th May 2024
The original Ultra Challenge
The ‘original Ultra Challenge’ – once again over 2,000 adventurers will test their grit & determination over the Capital to Coast route. Richmond-Upon-Thames is the start, and it’s over the North Downs with wonderful Surrey & Sussex countryside to half way at Turners Hill. The full 100 km route heads over the South Downs before the welcome sight of the Brighton coastline comes in to view.


8th - 9th June 2024
England's Finest Countryside
Our Challenge basecamp is in Kendal, and then it’s a 100km anticlockwise loop taking in a couple of tough hills, the Garburn Pass, historic Ambleside, a half way point by Lake Windermere, forests & nature reserves – with some stunning views en-route, before a huge welcome & celebration back at basecamp after a momentous journey.


22nd - 23rd June 2024
Stunning settings and rolling hills...
Our Cirencester basecamp is the start of the 100 km looped route through the heart of the Cotswolds, providing a stunning setting for 2,000 adventurers to test themselves. Rolling hills, villages, the Cotswold Way, footpaths & trails, with some fabulous views en route.


6th - 7th July 2024
Derbyshire's finest scenery...
Our base-camp hub in idyllic Bakewell will welcome over 2,000 adventurers who will test themselves in the fabulous Peak District National Park. There’s a full range of camping options, car parking, and extensive hospitality & welfare services across the weekend – with a full 100 km Challenge which takes a tough & varied figure of 8 route through Derbyshire’s finest scenery.


3rd August 2024
A fantastic summer challenge...
A fantastic ‘South West’ summer challenge for 2024 – taking in the first Minehead section of the famous 630 mile Coastal Path, and with an extensive ‘basecamp’ in the shadows of the impressive Dunster Castle. The 50 km loop then heads over Exmoor with ups & downs and some magnificent views with over 1600 metres of climb.


6th-7th September 2024
Stunning sea views and an historic destination..
The South Downs National Park is a superb backdrop for 2000 adventurers to take on a real challenge. An Eastbourne start, up Beachy Head, the magnificent Seven Sisters, and along the South Downs Way, with stunning views over the sea, to a Brighton half-way. Devil’s Dyke, and a few ups & downs lie ahead before historic Arundel comes into view after an amazing 100 km journey.


14th-15th September 2024
Along England's greatest river...
England’s greatest river provides a fantastic backdrop for an unforgettable challenge. Over 3000 adventurers will join the Putney Bridge start, and the full 100km route heads upstream to Henley along the famous Towpath. It’s through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful scenery to a riverside finish line.


28th September 2024
Rolling hills, nature reserves and fantastic views..
End of season 50 km looped challenge in some of the Chilterns finest countryside, with historic trails, rolling hills, nature reserves, and fantastic views. At our basecamp in Henley, there’s a Saturday night celebration BBQ, bar & entertainment, with extensive on-site camping & parking options. A route with real variety and some wonderful scenery – and easily accessible from London.
