We are seeking enthusiastic Volunteer Team Leaders to spearhead our charity challenge campaigns and inspire new fundraisers to join our cause.
As a Volunteer Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to gain a year of leadership experience within the Dig Deep challenges team being responsible for informing, recruiting and supporting a team of new fundraisers.
You will follow our recruitment campaign to build your local team and support them throughout the year by leading the organisation of team fundraising events and trip preparation.
Being a Volunteer Team Leader with Dig Deep is a unique opportunity to develop excellent transferable skills in leadership, networking, marketing, event management and much more. You will also play a crucial role in raising thousands of pounds to help bring clean water to the community of Bomet County, where 65% of people currently lack access to a safe and reliable water supply.
