Our Commitment to Ethical and Responsible Challenge Events

We're committed to supporting the local economies where our challenges take place. Wherever possible we partner directly with local companies so we provide jobs and a vital source of income to hundreds of local crew and ground staff so they can support their families; and we're committed to ensuring all of our local crew and ground staff receive fair wages and treatment.

We’re proud that this approach has led to us being awarded 'Partner for Responsible Travel' status by the Kilimanjaro Porters' Assistance Project (KPAP), who assess and promote socially responsible Kilimanjaro climbs. We seek to ensure we maintain equally high standards for all of our challenge events across the world.

Quite simply, we know that for you to have the best experience and best care on your challenge, your crew and ground staff need to be looked after too.
